Great filter. Great product. This sponge filter works the best out of all of the sponges I have used. it assembles and hooks up easily and doesn’t take up nearly as much room as others I have used. I would definitely recommend to anyone with a ten gallon tank with fish like bettas that do not generally appreciate the strong currents that even the smallest filters provide. I also use it in my shrimp tank and it works perfectly in there. The directions are in Chinese but there is really no need for them. You simply hook the air line into the male end on the unit and put the suction cup on and put in the tank. I find that if you raise the sliding bubble vent all the way up it provides stronger filtration.

exactly what you would expect hook an bubbler up to it and it flows quite well.I have this and a small hang on the back filter in my fry tank (hang on the back gets turned off when fry are present) and this filters as much or more than the power filter. the head is adjustable so you can easily raise or lower it so that the discharge is at the water line, and the part with the sponges can be rotated to be in whatever position meets your needs (i like having them down, gives the most length)
