When Kris Aquino delivered her last message to her mom, Former President Corazon Aquino, at the Manila Cathedral Requiem Mass last August 5, 2009, she made special mention of her eldest son’s request to her brother Noynoy. According to Kris, her son Joshua personally appealed to Noynoy not to get married, which Kris hopes Noynoy will understand. TV Patrol interviewed Noynoy’s rumored girlfriend Shalani Soledad, a councilor in Valenzuela City. Shalani is 29 years old who finished the degree in Human Resource Management at De La Salle University-College of Saint Benilde. She previously worked as a staff in the Office of Senator Panfilo Lacson before joining politics in Valenzuela City.
The relationship of Noynoy and Shalani has not been made public. Thanks to Kris now people know.
