Jericho Rosales confirms he is not courting Karylle
Jericho Rosales once and for all clarified persistent rumors about him and Karylle in the last Sunday’s The Buzz show.
In the interview, Jericho clarified that he is not courting Karylle. “I am trying to get to know her, parang friends, ganoon,” explained Echo.
A lot of people have been speculating about their relationship since rumors broke out that he had told an ABS-CBN executive that he would court Karylle. Echo explained that he doesn’t want to miss the opportunity of getting to know the person who he is working with, emphasizing that people come into other people’s lives for a purpose. “You know, hindi mo masasabi kung anong role ng taong ‘yun sa life mo, eh. It’s either that person can share something, or I can share something,” Echo further explained.
Karylle however admitted that the controversy have caused them to be uncomfortable with each other. “Nakakailang. We are friends and people tease us a lot. When we sing we don’t know what to do,” Karylle shared. She even told Jericho not to mind other people’s reactions.
When asked about Karylle, Echo admits to having admired Karylle for a very long time. “Matagal na akong hanga sa kanya,” Echo said. Echo added that even his extended family, Gary and Angeli Valenciano, likes her. What Echo likes in Karylle is not only her brains but also because Karylle has a good heart. “She’s cool. I like it,” Echo said.
