Erap to run again as President?
Supporters of Joseph “Erap” Estrada were probably busy dusting law books in the past couple of months doing legal research to back up his plan of running for the presidency in 2010.
Now he has come out brandishing about the “legal study” that his supporters have come up with saying the people and not the courts are the final arbiter on the issue of whether or not he could run again for president.
It can be recalled that he was ousted by “people power” and was convicted for plunder. He was then later on granted pardon on the condition he would no longer seek public office.
