Angel Locsin and Luis Manzano back in each other’s arms again
In an interview during the Avon Laboratory of Beauty Discoveries Launch held last January 21 at the Conservatory of the Peninsula Manila, Angel Locsin, the 23 year-old actress and Avon endorser, faced all the rumors and brewing speculation about the status of her relationship with Luis Manzano.
Angel sensed the time to resolve the issues and faced the media amid reports that the reason why she’s sad or why she and Luis were not talking was because of a third party involved or a rich businessman who gave her a house in White Plains or Corinthians. Rumors and speculations were at an all time high just after Angel and Luis arrived in the country after spending their holiday vacation in Macau together with their respective families. Rumors grew more when Angel shed tears during a song number in ASAP ’09.
Although the couple denied a third party is involved, Angle expressed relief that the issue between her and Luis has finally been resolved. “I’m glad. I’m super happy na naayos na talaga because back to normal na yung lahat. Inspired na ako ulit. I’m happy, siyempre ang hirap nun,” shared Angel. Angel admits she went through a rough time when the movie, Love Me Again: Land Down Under, was shown because she was thinking of something else. “Pero ngayon okay na, at least okay na,” she said.
Angel says she is not angry at those who spread the rumors about her and Luis. “Nakakatawa lang na may mga ganito,” she shared. Angel said that there are only two sides of it, either people are concerned or they just don’t have anything to do. “So dun na lang ako sa concerned sila and marami silang time na mag-isip ng mga bagay-bagay,” she shared.
Angel confessed that her dad and Luis Mom expressed concern over the issue. Now that things are back to normal for them, Angel said she would choose to keep the relationship private. “Well, kami naman kasi, kung ano ang kaya naming itago sa trabaho, yung buhay namin, itatago talaga namin kasi yun na lang yung konting natitira for us and sa amin kasi yun eh. So sobrang trini-treasure ko. Lalo na sa akin, hindi ko kusang isi-share talaga kung hindi kinakailangan,” she stressed.
Angel was all smiles when questioned on how she is feeling at the moment.”Ngayon, nahihiya ako, pero wow, masaya ako. Parang masaya na finally naayos na naayos na lahat-lahat. Wala na akong iisipin na ikalulungkot or ano man,” she shared.
Angel proudly answered, “A 10. We’re back to 10,” when asked to rate her relationship with Luis now.
